Qualifications

• Minimum one year of related management experience.
• Associate degree preferred or equivalent education/experience.
• Ability to read and interpret safety and operating manuals.
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
• Ability to speak effectively before customers or team members.
• Ability to perform basic math and number sense.
• Active Food Safety Certification preferred.
• Ability to stand, walk, lift and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Carries out supervisory responsibilities for up to 20 team members on shift.
• Maintains store conditions per company standards and safety rules.
• Delivers great customer service and supports store operations.
• Open/Close Cash Office including reconciliations and deposits.
• Performs CGO functions: receiving, inventory, damages, signs and tags.
• Rotates and stocks items on shelves, back room and displays.
