Qualifications

• Minimum one year of related management experience or higher.
• Ability to read safety rules and operating instructions.
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
• Ability to speak effectively before customers or team members.
• Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as percentages.
• Holds an active Food Safety Certification.
• Regularly stand, walk and lift objects as part of duties.

Responsibilities

• Oversee store operations and personnel on shift.
• Deliver high quality customer service and maintain store presentation.
• Open/close store with cash handling, deposits and paperwork.
• Perform CGO functions of receiving, inventory, damages, signs and tags.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and laws.
• Lead up to 20 team members and train as needed.
