Price Rite in PROVIDENCE, RI is seeking a Closing Supervisor to oversee store operations and staff on shift, delivering high quality customer service and maintaining presentation standards. Responsibilities include cash handling, deposits, and CGO functions, with emphasis on safety and policy compliance.

The role requires 1+ year(s) of supervisory experience, familiarity with safety rules, strong communication skills, and a Food Safety Certification.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications include: 1+ years of related management experience; associate degree preferred or equivalent education/experience.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
• Ability to speak effectively before customers or team members.
• Ability to calculate figures and percentages.
• Ability to follow written, oral, or diagrammed instructions.
• Hold an active Food Safety Certification.
• Must regularly stand, walk, and use hands; lift/move objects; balance and reach.
• Must have good vision in close and distance, color and depth perception.

Responsibilities

• Oversees up to 20 team members on shift.
• Maintains store conditions, sanitation, and safety standards.
• Performs CGO functions: receiving, inventory, damages, signs and tags.
• Open/close Cash Office, reconciliations and deposits.
• Ensure high quality customer service and store presentation.
• Work primarily nights/weekends; full-time, ~40 hours per week.
