Cook Out is seeking a Restaurant PM General Manager to lead the night shift with a hands-on, high-energy approach. You’ll coach a large team, drive service standards, and manage the P&L in a fast-paced environment.

The role offers a 4-day work week starting at 4:45 PM, three full days off, and a competitive salary of $55,000–$80,000 plus $15/hr Appreciation Pay and monthly bonuses ($600-$3,000+), with potential for growth.

Formación

• At least 1 year of management experience in restaurant or hospitality.
• Proven ability to train talent and build winning teams.
• Strong communication and motivational skills to lead a diverse crew.

• Lead the night shift and coach a large team in a high-volume restaurant.
