Job summary

Cook Out is seeking a Restaurant PM General Manager to lead the night shift. You’ll coach a large team in a high-volume, fast-paced environment, ensuring top customer service and controlling labor, food, and paper costs.

The role features a 4-day work week (4 shifts starting at 4:45 PM), 3 days off, and a compensation package of $55k–$80k plus performance bonuses and an extra $15/hour appreciation pay.

Qualifications

• Leadership: At least 1 year of management experience (Restaurant/Hospitality preferred).
• Coaching: Proven track record of training talent and building winning teams.
• Communication: Ability to motivate a diverse crew and engage with customers.
• Pace: Hustle-driven mentality during peak hours.

Responsibilities

• Coach a large team during the night shift in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Strengthen teamwork, ensure gold-standard customer service, and supervise operations.
