Cook Out Restaurants is hiring a PM General Manager to lead the night shift in a high‑volume, fast‑paced setting. You’ll coach a large team, strengthen teamwork, and drive strong customer service while overseeing labor, food, and paper costs.

This role offers a 4‑shift work week (starting 4:45 PM), three days off, and compensation of $55,000–$80,000 plus $15/hr appreciation pay plus monthly bonuses based on sales growth. A path for growth exists in a performance‑driven company.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of management experience (Restaurant/Hospitality preferred).
• Ability to coach talent and build winning teams.
• Strong communication to motivate a diverse crew and engage customers.
