Cook Out is seeking a PM General Manager to lead the night shift with hands-on leadership and coaching of a large team in a fast-paced setting. You’ll drive high quality service while managing the P&L and labor costs after 4:45 PM during a four-shift work week.

You’ll enjoy 3 full days off weekly, a competitive salary of $55,000–$80,000 plus $15/hr Appreciation Pay and monthly performance bonuses ($600–$3,000+ based on sales growth).

Qualificações

• Minimum 1 year of management experience in restaurant/hospitality.
• Ability to coach and train staff.
• Strong communication and leadership under fast-paced conditions.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and coach a large night-shift team in a high-volume restaurant.
