The role offers a competitive salary range ($55,000–$80,000) plus performance bonuses and an additional $15/hour Appreciation Pay, with monthly bonuses based on sales growth.

Qualifications

• Leadership: At least 1 year of management experience in Restaurant/Hospitality preferred.
• Coaching: Proven track record of training talent and building winning teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a large night-shift team in a high-volume environment.
