Job summary

Trulite is seeking a Shipping Loader in Knoxville, TN to join our production team. You will move glass and materials across tight workspaces, read labels, perform quality checks, and help ensure smooth product flow on a rotating schedule.

This role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and reliable attendance, with day shift hours and a competitive starting wage. Benefits begin on day one, including health/dental/vision, disability coverage, and a 401(k) match.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to read and interpret paperwork and labels.
• Able to use a tape measure accurately.
• Willing to work in all production areas.
• HS diploma or GED preferred.
• Forklift and overhead crane experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Move glass from tables, furnace, racks or trucks daily.
• Transport materials to speed production.
• Read and attach labels and tags to products.
• Quality inspection and equipment operation.
• Understand facility layout for proper product flow.
• Rotate through different job functions.
• Inspect product for abnormalities and notify supervisor.
• Use a tape measure to verify specs.
• Maintain a safe, clean work area.
• Attend regularly and follow safety policies.
• Other duties as assigned.
