Job summary

Cook Out is seeking a Restaurant PM General Manager to lead the night shift in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. You will coach a large team, supervise operations, and drive exceptional customer service while managing labor, food, and paper costs.

The role offers a 4-day work week starting at 4:45 PM, 3 days off weekly, and a compensation package that includes $55,000–$80,000 plus $15/hr Appreciation Pay and monthly bonuses based on sales growth.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of management experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting.
• Proven coaching track record—training talent and building teams.
• Strong communication to motivate a diverse crew and engage customers.

Responsibilities

• Coach a large night-shift team in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
