Job summary

Cook Out is seeking a Restaurant PM General Manager to lead the night shift, coaching a large team in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. You’ll own the P&L, optimize labor, food, and paper costs, and drive gold-standard customer service from the front of the house.

Work schedule is four shifts per week starting at 4:45 PM, with three full days off. Earn $55,000–$80,000 annually plus $15/hr appreciation pay and monthly performance bonuses from $600 to $3,000+, plus comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of management experience (Restaurant/Hospitality preferred).
• Proven track record of training talent and building winning teams.
• Ability to motivate a diverse crew and engage with customers.
• Able to manage a fast-paced night shift and high-volume service.

Responsibilities

• Coach a large night-shift team in a high-volume environment.
