Cook Out Restaurants is seeking a Restaurant PM General Manager to own the night shift and lead from the front in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.

Work only four shifts per week (starting 4:45 PM) with three full days off, and earn $55,000-$80,000 plus performance bonuses.

You’ll coach a large team, optimize labor and costs, deliver gold-standard service, and grow with a performance-based company that rewards hustle.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of management experience in restaurant/hospitality.
• Proven coaching and talent development.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to thrive in a high-volume, night-time environment.
