Job summary

RRD is seeking a 12‑hour night shift Supervisor in Streetsboro, OH to lead the fulfillment department across shifts and vendors. You will supervise kitting/fulfillment and pick-pack operations, optimize workflows, and ensure safety, quality, and timely delivery of products.

Responsibilities include coordinating with customer service, scheduling, and manufacturing, administering policies, and driving continuous improvement while managing budgets and reports.

Qualifications

• Broad technical knowledge in the commercial print and/or fulfillment field.
• Demonstrated ability to manage people and direct work activities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills at all levels.
• Knowledge of Windows apps, MS Office, and databases; experience with listed systems is a plus.
• Comfort with learning new systems and driving process improvements.
• Flexibility to multi-task and re-prioritize as needed.
• Experience in a multi‑shift manufacturing environment; printing/fulfillment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and directs activities of employees in fulfillment to ensure accuracy.
• Plans and schedules workflow; aligns with safety, quality, and KPIs.
• Maintains knowledge of processes, ISO/SOPs, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborates with customer service, scheduling, manufacturing, and vendors.
• Manages budgets and reports expenditures and labor costs to management.
• Directs hiring, promotion, recognition, and disciplinary actions with documentation.
• Promotes a positive work environment and training programs.
• Ensures timely production and delivery across locations.
