Job summary

Avery Dennison Corporation is seeking a Finishing Line Packer in our Ohio facility. You will package slit rolls to customer specs, operate the manual packaging line, banding, and adhere to our standard packaging practices.

This role requires safety-minded individuals who can lift up to 50 pounds, work overtime, and support production. The position operates on a 2-2-3 schedule from 11pm to 7am and emphasizes teamwork and quality improvements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or 3+ years manufacturing experience.
• Follow written and oral instructions.
• Safety is a core value and must be demonstrated daily.
• Strong service and quality focus with root-cause thinking.
• Team-based collaboration and positive interaction with peers.

Responsibilities

• Package finished goods per customer specs and standards.
• Operate the manual packaging line and banding as assigned.
• Inspect products for quality and appearance.
• Maintain clean, safe work area and ensure safety policies.
• Prepare cores for machine operators and coordinate with shift staff.
• Track multiple orders and assist in 5S and continuous improvement.
