Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Manufacturing or related field preferred.
• 3+ years experience managing multi-shift manufacturing departments; printing or fulfillment preferred.
• Strong communication skills across all organizational levels.
• Experience with scheduling and budget control.

Responsibilities

• Supervise employees in the kitting/fulfillment and pick-pack departments.
• Direct activities to ensure accurate communications and seamless operations across shifts and vendors.
• Plan and schedule workflow; adjust schedules as needed based on business needs.
• Track department expenditures and labor costs; provide reporting to management.
• Promote safety, quality, and continuous improvement; meet KPIs.
