Job summary

QVC Group, Inc. is seeking a Senior Operations Manager to lead the night shift at the Bethlehem Fulfillment Center, overseeing budget, talent development, and operational goals.

You will manage a multi-shift distribution operation seven days a week, set budgets, and drive Lean-based improvements while ensuring safety and strong customer service. Relocation assistance is available; work 4pm–1:30am, Monday–Friday, reporting to the site General Manager.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in fulfillment leadership improving network resources and performance.
• 4+ years budgeting, financial management, and labor planning.
• Experience leading cost-saving projects with DCs, vendors, and transportation partners.
• Subject matter expert in quality controls, internal audits, processes, and distribution systems.
• Experience with Lean tools and practices, including 5S, Gemba, and Kaizen.
• Strong engagement, leadership, culture, cost awareness, and customer focus.

Responsibilities

• Lead a night-shift, multi-department fulfillment operation 7 days a week.
• Develop and manage annual department budgets and monitor variances.
• Design and implement training programs for team members.
• Drive process improvements to enhance operational effectiveness and service levels.
• Collaborate with network partners to implement corrective actions.
• Establish and track safety and security practices to protect staff and assets.
