Job summary

QVC Group is hiring a Fulfillment Area Manager to support QVC and HSN from our Bethlehem, PA fulfillment center. This onsite role requires leading night shifts (Sunday–Wednesday or Wednesday–Saturday) and ensuring efficient operations, inventory accuracy, and high service levels.

You will partner with multiple departments and model a positive culture. Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in a related field and 2+ years of supervisory experience in a high-volume distribution center.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Distribution, Logistics or related field.
• 2+ years of demonstrated Leadership/Supervisory experience in a high volume distribution center or warehouse environment.
• Experience encouraging a positive work environment and partnering with team members.

Responsibilities

• Develop and administer operational procedures for incoming/outgoing shipments, inventory accuracy, and product disposition.
• Network with corporate/site resources and facilities staff to ensure cost efficiencies and high service levels.
• Model QVC Group Values to build a positive, motivating culture; treat all team members fairly and respectfully.
• Review operations to identify improvements for cost reduction, speed, and customer service.
• Oversee daily operations for the assigned area in collaboration with other departments.
• Identify trends and irregularities; analyze deficiencies and develop corrective plans.
