Job summary

QVC Group, Inc. in Bethlehem, PA seeks a Senior Operations Manager to lead the night shift (4pm–1:30am) at the Bethlehem fulfillment center, reporting to the General Manager.

You’ll own budgeting, talent development, and operational goals while mentoring multiple manager levels and driving process improvements. The role emphasizes safety, high service levels, and cross-functional collaboration with DCs, vendors, and transport partners.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of fulfillment leadership experience.
• 4+ years budgeting, financial management, and labor planning.
• Experience leading projects to drive cost savings and service improvements.
• Subject matter expertise in quality controls and process design.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-shift, 7 day per week distribution operation.
• Develop annual budget plans and monitor expenses vs. budget.
• Design and implement training programs for staff.
• Drive safety, engagement, and leadership bench strength across the site.
