Job summary

Mom's Meals, a national provider of refrigerated home-delivered meals, is hiring a Fulfillment Associate for its Conyers, GA warehouse. The role is fast-paced and involves picking, scanning, and packing orders in a temperature-controlled environment (34-40 degrees) for the 3rd shift: Sunday night through Thursday night, 11pm to 7am, with a starting wage of $18.00/hr.

Responsibilities include maintaining safety and quality standards, accurate order completion, and teamwork in a large distribution

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Be able to stand/walk for up to 8-10 hours.
• Able to lift/move to 50 lbs occasionally.
• Shifts can include weekends and holidays and/or overtime.
• Pass a post offer drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Pick correct items for cooler boxes, scan appropriately, and pack items to complete your portion of the customer's order.
• Adhere to strict safety, quality, and production standards.
• Read labels and select products with attention to detail.
• Meet productivity and accuracy standards.
• Move products between locations following sanitation guidelines.
• Assist with general housekeeping.
