Job summary

Mom's Meals is seeking a high-energy Fulfillment Associate for the 2nd shift (3:00pm–11:00pm) at our North Jackson, OH facility. You will pick, scan, and pack customer orders in a refrigerated environment, maintaining safety, accuracy, and speed in a fast-paced warehouse.

Starting pay is $17.50 per hour with potential weekend/holiday shifts. Employment is contingent on a pre-employment drug screen and background check; benefits include PTO, 401k, and full benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to stand/walk for 8-10 hours.
• Able to lift/move up to 50 pounds occasionally.
• Shifts can include weekends and holidays and/or overtime.
• Strong service orientation and team communication.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Must have basic reading skills.
• Pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Pick correct items for cooler boxes, scan, and pack items to complete your portion of the customer's order.
• Adhere to safety, quality, and production standards.
• Pay close attention to detail when reading labels and selecting product.
• Meet productivity and accuracy standards.
• Move product between locations following sanitation and safety guidelines.
• Assist with general housekeeping.
• Work in a large refrigerated warehouse (34-40 degrees).
