Job summary

Mom’s Meals is seeking a Fulfillment Associate to join our refrigerated warehousing team in Conyers, GA. You will pick, scan, and pack portions of each customer’s order in a fast-paced environment that maintains 34–40 degrees.

The role operates on 2nd shift from 3pm to 11pm with a starting wage of $17.50 per hour, and overtime including weekends. A pre-employment drug screen and background check are required where permitted by law.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to stand/walk for up to 8-10 hours.
• Able to lift/move to 50 lbs occasionally.
• Shifts can include weekends and holidays and/or overtime.
• Post-offer drug screen and background check.
• Must have basic reading skills.

Responsibilities

• Pick correct items for cooler boxes, scan appropriately, and pack items to complete your portion of the customer’s order.
• Adhere to strict safety, quality, and production standards.
• Pay close attention to detail while performing job duties including reading labels and selecting product.
• Meet productivity and accuracy standards.
• Move product from one location to another, following sanitation and safety guidelines.
• Assist with general housekeeping.
