Job summary

Mom’s Meals, a national provider of refrigerated home-delivered meals, seeks a Fulfillment Associate for 2nd shift (3pm–11pm) in Conyers, GA. You will pick, scan, and pack portions of customer orders in a refrigerated environment, staying focused on safety, accuracy, and productivity. Wage starts at $17.50/hour, with potential overtime on weekends.

This fast-paced role requires standing 8–10 hours, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and teamwork. Benefits include weekly pay and comprehensive packages.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Be able to stand/walk for up to 8-10 hours.
• Lift/move to 50 lbs occasionally.
• Shifts can include weekends and holidays and/or overtime.
• Have a strong service orientation.
• Be a team player and communicate well.
• Able to work independently with little supervision.
• Pass post-offer drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Pick correct items for cooler boxes, scan, and pack your portion of the order.
• Adhere to safety, quality, and production standards.
• Read labels and select products with attention to detail.
• Meet productivity and accuracy standards.
• Move products between locations following sanitation guidelines.
• Assist with general housekeeping.
• Work in a temperature controlled warehouse (34-40°F).
