Job summary

Mom’s Meals in North Jackson, OH is hiring a Fulfillment Associate for 2nd shift (3:00pm–11:00pm). You will pick, scan and pack orders in a refrigerated environment 34–40 degrees, with pay starting at $17.50/hour and weekend/holiday shifts possible.

This role emphasizes accuracy, safety, and speed in a busy warehouse. Previous warehouse experience is helpful, but a strong team mindset and ability to work independently are valued traits.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Stand/walk for 8-10 hours.
• Able to lift/move up to 50 pounds occasionally.
• Shifts can include weekends and holidays and/or overtime.
• Have a strong service orientation.
• Be a team player, with good communication.
• Able to work independently with little supervision.
• Must have basic reading skills.
• Pass a post offer drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Pick correct items for cooler boxes, scan, and pack items to complete your portion of the customer’s order.
• Adhere to strict safety, quality, and production standards.
• Read labels and select products accurately.
• Meet productivity and accuracy standards.
• Move product between locations following sanitation guidelines.
• Assist with general housekeeping.
• Work in a refrigerated warehouse environment (34–40 degrees).
