Job summary

Performance Food Group in Orlando, FL is seeking a Forklift Operator, Non Formula, to move freight, stock inventory, and replenish pick slots while adhering to GMP standards. You will operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment across cooler, freezer, and dry zones to maintain efficient workflows.

The role requires 6–12 months of forklift experience, a high school diploma or GED, and the ability to work Sunday–Thursday with overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6–12 months forklift experience preferred.
• Able to stand, walk, reach and lift repeatedly throughout shift.
• Must pass post offer drug test and background check.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift and other material handling equipment to move goods.
• Locate proper storage slots, stock pallets, and enter data in systems.
• Replenish pick slots and rotate stock per policy.
• Maintain safe, clean work area and follow GMP guidelines.
