Job summary

Performance Food Group is seeking a Warehouse Forklift Operator in Temple, TX. You will operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move, store, and replenish inventory, while maintaining safety and GMP standards.

This role supports efficient product flow and is part of a team delivering foodservice solutions to customers. Ideal candidates have warehouse experience, can lift up to 90 lb with assistance, and work in multi-temperature environments.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent.
• 6+ months of warehouse and/or distribution work experience.
• Ability to work scheduled hours and overtime as required.
• Lift 10–35 lb repeatedly and up to 60–90 lb with assistance, as needed.
• Work in cooler, freezer and dry environments.

Responsibilities

• Locate slots on storage racks and position pallets with forklift or hand stack.
• Move inbound freight to inventory and replenish pick slots as needed.
• Perform temperature and quality checks and log data accurately.
• Rotate stock and remove outdated items per policy.
• Maintain safe, clean work area and follow GMP and safety rules.
• Comply with equipment inspections, batteries, and end-of-shift paperwork.
