Blount Fine Foods is seeking a production operator for a third shift (9pm–6am) to mix, blend and cook raw ingredients for premium fresh prepared foods. The role involves operating large kettles/mixers, ensuring quality, and following HACCP procedures to meet pre-determined standards.

Eligibility includes a 1-year certificate or 3–6 months related experience; HACCP certification is preferred. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with company match, PTO, and more.

Formación

• One-year certificate from college or technical school, or 3–6 months related experience.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide; read formulas and charts.
• HACCP certification preferred

Responsabilidades

• Mix, blend, and cook raw ingredients efficiently and accurately.
• Operate large-volume kettles and mixers with an assistant.
• Maintain product quality: verify ingredients and instrument calibration.
• Follow HACCP steps to complete recipes to standards.
• Perform viscosity and sensory testing on batches.
