Blount Fine Foods is seeking a 2nd shift processor to mix, blend and cook raw ingredients into finished food products. You will work with large kettles and mixers and ensure recipes meet HACCP standards. The role involves quality checks, instrument calibration, and collaboration with QC/QA teams.

Responsibilities

• Operate large volume kettles and mixers for finished products.
• Ensure product quality: ingredients, calibration, and record checks.
• Follow blending recipes and HACCP steps for consistency.
• Learn and operate multiple processing machines in an organized way.
• Coordinate with maintenance to improve equipment performance.
• Perform viscosity and sensory testing on batches.
