Blount Fine Foods in Fall River, MA seeks a 2nd shift processing operator to mix, blend and cook ingredients, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in high-volume operations. You will work with a team to produce premium fresh foods for grocery stores, hot bars and restaurants.

The role requires a one-year certificate or 3–6 months of related experience, with HACCP certification preferred. We offer competitive benefits and a supportive, family-owned environment.

Competenze

• One-year certificate from college or technical school.
• Three to six months related experience and/or training.
• HACCP Certification preferred.

Mansioni

• Primary processor of finished food grade products while operating large volume kettles and mixers.
• Product quality adherence: solids, verifying ingredients, instrument calibration, magnet inspections, chart recorder accuracy.
• Follow blending recipe and HACCP steps to ensure correct completion of all recipes to pre-determined standards.
• Ability to learn, operate and adjust multiple in-line pieces of processing equipment including kettles.
• Responsible for preventative maintenance, upkeep and follow through on equipment maintenance.
• Perform viscosity and sensory testing on batches produced.
• Work closely with QC and QA on all new and existing processes.
• Communicate effectively within department to ensure most efficient and productive processing possible
