Job summary

Bayer is hiring a 3rd shift Associate Technician to support packaging operations in a GMP environment. You will plan, package, and QC product quantities according to SOPs and site policies, while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to improve processes.

Responsibilities include training others, supporting maintenance tasks, and ensuring compliance with GMP standards. This role requires flexibility for shift changes and a safety-first mindset.

Qualifications

• Experience in GMP or SOP environment.
• Ability to work safely with frequent production schedule changes.
• Willingness to work 3rd shift and adapt to site needs.

Responsibilities

• Plan and package high-quality products on time and in the right quantities.
• Work with cross-functional teams to drive operational efficiencies and improvements.
• Contribute to training programs to build operations skills.
• Assist with troubleshooting and preventive maintenance tasks.
• Ensure adherence to SOPs, GMP, and regulatory requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
