Job summary

fairlife, LLC in Goodyear, AZ is seeking a Packaging Operator for the nights shift. You will set up and operate labeling, case-packing, blow molding, and palletizing equipment, ensuring products meet specs and are cleaned after use.

The role requires GMP adherence, ability to troubleshoot, and the capability to train new staff as needed. This position offers comprehensive benefits and a non-exempt schedule.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic math and reasoning abilities required.
• Ability to operate equipment after the break-in period.
• Industrial Truck Operator License required or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety, GMP rules, and supervisor directions.
• Operate and adjust packaging equipment to produce defect-free cases and labeled bottles.
• Monitor machine operations for quality and adherence to procedures.
• Clear jams, stop and restart machines, and report malfunctions.
• Supply packaging lines with corrugate, film, labels, carriers, and stretch wrap.
• Maintain packaging area clean and audit-ready during production.
• Assist in training new personnel as needed.
