Job summary

Fresenius Kabi USA, LLC is seeking a shift supervisor for the Inspection and Packaging lines in Grandyle Village, NY. You will oversee 30 to 50 employees, ensure safe and compliant production, and review batch records to prevent errors.

The role requires strong attention to detail, English fluency, and experience in a FDA-regulated environment. Evening/night shift with a fixed schedule includes a 6% annual bonus potential and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience in a production environment preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communication and proofreading skills.
• Detail oriented with proficient computer skills (MS Office).

Responsibilities

• Day to day supervision of 30 - 50 employees across Inspection/Packaging lines.
• Coordinate execution of production schedules based on customer demand.
• Ensure compliance with methods, standards, policies and cGMPs.
• Complete batch related documentation according to site release standards.
• Maintain weekly payroll for employees.
• Develop and track training and staff development programs.
