Job summary

Crown Uniform And Linen is seeking a Floor Lead for the Night Shift to supervise production staff and ensure quality standards. The role is full-time and runs Monday to Friday, on-site at our Brockton facility.

You will train new hires, implement procedures from the Plant Manager, and oversee daily operations to meet productivity targets. Strong communication and attention to detail are essential, with English required and Cape Verdean Creole preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Capable of basic computer tasks and record keeping.

Responsibilities

• Supervises staff in production areas as directed by Production Manager.
• Help train new employees.
• Assist in implementing new procedures from Plant Manager.
• Ensure line meets production goals and quality standards.
• Set up and operate machinery per established procedures.
• Attend staff meetings and required trainings.
