Responsibilities

• Supervises staff in production as directed by the Production Manager.
• Help train new employees.
• Assist in implementing new procedures.
• Hold staff accountable for quality and production standards.
• Ensure line achieves production goals.
• Sets up and operates machinery per established procedures.
• Ensure machinery operates efficiently to meet productivity standards.
• Perform daily inspections before operations.
• Follow safety policies and procedures.
• Manage required paperwork and records.
• Attend staff meetings, training, and classes.
