Job summary

The Production Supervisor at Crown Linen, LLC oversees daily linen processing operations during a shift, ensuring output and safety in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. You will report to the Production Manager and help maintain 365-day coverage with a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

You will lead a team, monitor KPIs such as PPOH and quality, coach staff, and collaborate with Maintenance to resolve issues while upholding OSHA standards and company policies.

Qualifications

• Experience in management or supervisory roles in any industry
• Experience in high-volume operations with time-sensitive output
• Proficient in MS Office; WMS/production tracking experience a plus
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to lead teams and resolve conflicts in a fast-paced setting
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a high-volume setting
• Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma or other process improvement methodologies
• Familiarity with safety protocols and KPIs
• Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations of receiving, washing, drying, folding, and distributing linens
• Ensure adherence to production schedules and quality control standards
• Communicate performance expectations and operational goals clearly to team members
• Monitor individual and team performance, provide coaching and feedback
• Monitor PPOH, quality, and labor efficiency; report performance data
• Identify and support continuous improvement projects using Lean or Six Sigma tools
• Promote and enforce a culture of safety, cleanliness, and accountability
• Assist in hiring, training, evaluations, and disciplinary actions
• Submit shift reports, KPIs, attendance, and safety incidents accurately and on time
• Collaborate with Maintenance and Management to resolve production issues quickly
• Lead by example and foster a team-oriented work environment
• Help resolve employee issues, customer escalations, and equipment downtime alongside supervisors
• Ensure plant compliance with OSHA, safety standards, and company policies
