Job summary

Crown Linen, LLC is seeking an overnight Production Manager to lead the shift, manage PPOH, quality, and customer relations, while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance. You will develop the workforce and coordinate with Engineering for equipment upkeep.

The role requires strong leadership, budgeting, and cost-control skills, plus experience in large-scale laundry operations. A 2-year business degree is preferred and bilingual abilities are a plus.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Business Management or equivalent.
• Minimum two years of commercial laundry management experience in large-scale plants or hotel industry.
• Bilingual skills a plus (Spanish/Creole).
• Knowledge of production methods and monitoring.
• Knowledge of laundry equipment and basic washroom chemistry.
• Ability to communicate clearly in writing and verbally.
• Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
• Proficient with Windows-based Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.

Responsibilities

• Oversee shift production, PPOH, and quality.
• Direct cost control and vendor contract management.
• Monitor payroll and labor costs.
• Ensure safe, compliant, and cost-effective plant operations.
• Coordinate with Engineering for equipment upkeep.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly operating reports and KPIs.
• Train staff and handle disciplinary actions.
• Assist customers with emergencies.
• Develop schedules and succession plans.
