Qualifications

• High school graduate or GED.
• Some cleaning experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to follow simple instructions independently.
• Respectful communication with coworkers, customers and store personnel.

• Good time management to complete tasks on schedule.
• Detail-oriented and reliable.

Responsibilities

• Perform hard floor care including mopping, scrubbing and buffing.
• Maintain carpets with vacuuming, shampooing and bonneting.
• Provide routine cleaning such as dusting and restroom cleaning.
• Operate floor care machines safely per manufacturer instructions.
• Follow safety requirements at all times.
• Report time accurately using timekeeping systems.
• Ensure equipment and supplies are available and in good condition.
• Assist with other duties including floor stripping as needed.
