Qualifications

• High school graduate or GED.
• Some cleaning experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to apply common sense understanding and carry out simple instructions.

Responsibilities

• Handles hard floor care, including routine mopping (dry and damp), scrubbing, and buffing on hard surfaces.
• Provides carpet maintenance, including vacuuming, shampooing, bonneting and extracting carpets.
• Provides other cleaning services, such as dusting, restroom and other area cleaning.
• Operates floor care machines safely and in accordance with manufacturers' instructions.
• Follows all safety requirements and procedures at all times.
• Reports time worked accurately through the timekeeping systems.
• Interacts respectfully with customers and personnel.
• Keeps storage areas organized and ensures necessary materials are available.
• Assists with floor stripping and waxing as needed.
• Drives a culture of continuous improvement and adheres to Sizemore's policies.
