Sizemore, Inc. is seeking a Floor Care Technician to maintain floors across our facilities, including hard surfaces and carpet. You will operate floor care equipment, follow safety procedures, and contribute to a clean, safe environment for customers and staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Detail oriented with the ability to follow instructions precisely.
• Ability to communicate respectfully with coworkers and customers.

Responsibilities

• Perform floor care on hard surfaces and carpet, including stripping, waxing, buffing, shampooing and extraction.
• Operate floor care machines safely and follow product instructions.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety, report injuries and equipment issues promptly.
• Assist with other duties as needed and support a culture of continuous improvement.
