Sizemore, Inc. Oak Creek, WI is seeking a Floor Care Technician to maintain floors and carpets across client locations. You will operate floor care equipment and perform routine cleaning tasks, supporting a team focused on reliability and safety.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or GED required.
• Some cleaning experience preferred.
• Ability to perform night shift or early morning hours.
• Able to lift up to 45 pounds and operate floor care equipment safely.

Responsibilities

• Maintain hard floor care including mopping, scrubbing, and buffing.
• Perform carpet maintenance such as vacuuming, shampooing, bonneting and extracting.
• Provide other cleaning tasks (dusting, restroom cleaning) as needed.
• Operate floor care machines per manufacturer instructions and follow safety procedures.
