Sizemore, Inc. in Oak Creek, WI seeks a Floor Care Technician to maintain hard floors and carpets at client sites. You will operate floor care equipment, perform waxing, buffing, vacuuming and routine cleaning under supervision, while following safety guidelines and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED.
• Experience in cleaning is preferred but not required.
• Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Handles hard floor care, including routine mopping (dry and damp), scrubbing, and buffing on hard surfaces.
• Provides carpet maintenance, including vacuuming, shampooing, bonneting and extracting carpets.
• Operates all floor care machines and cleaning products safely and in accordance with manufacturer’s instructions.
• Follows all safety requirements and procedures at all times; reports injuries promptly.
• Keeps storage area organized and supplies, and communicates needed products through supervisor.
