Sizemore, Inc. is hiring a Floor Care Technician to perform floor maintenance across multiple sites. You will clean hard surfaces and carpets, operate specialized floor equipment, and support a collaborative maintenance team to uphold high cleanliness and safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to communicate respectfully with coworkers, customers and store personnel.
• Ability to work well in multi-ethnic environments and in a team.
• Demonstrate reliability, punctuality and time management.

Responsibilities

• Perform hard floor care: mopping, scrubbing, buffing.
• Maintain carpets: vacuuming, shampooing, bonneting, extracting.
• Conduct general cleaning: dusting, restrooms, and areas as assigned.
• Operate floor care machines safely and according to instructions.
• Report safety issues, injuries, and equipment shortages to supervisor.
