Baxter International in Marion, NC is seeking a Production Technician I, Fill/Pouch to support around-the-clock manufacturing of life-saving therapies. You will operate and adjust filling equipment, run quality checks, and document outcomes to ensure on-time, compliant production.

Applicants should have a High School Diploma or equivalent, basic math and English skills, and a readiness to work 12-hour shifts.

Qualifications

• Must have basic English written and oral communication skills.
• Must be able to perform basic mathematics and use a calculator.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor filling equipment and machines with manual or automated controls.
• Perform scheduled quality checks and document results in logs or POMS system.
• Set up, load, and replenish production supplies using PIT equipment.
• Execute batch/code changes and tank changes as required.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area following 6S principles.
