Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Basic English written and oral communication skills.
• Able to perform basic mathematics and use a calculator.

Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor and adjust manual and automated filling equipment.
• Set-up, load and replenish production supplies using a PIT.
• Perform routine maintenance and TPM activities.
• Inspect product and perform quality checks; document results.
• Read blueprints and measure with tools; make adjustments as needed.
• Perform scheduled cleaning and participate in quality/improvement programs.
• Train new associates and coordinate training with supervisors.
• Ensure proper use and storage of tools and equipment.
