You must be able to work around grain dust and varying temperatures, read and understand documents, and cooperate with a team in a fast-paced environment. This role involves 50-hour weeks, including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to read and understand safety and maintenance documents.
• Read and speak English; basic computer skills are desired.
• Willingness to work 50-hour weeks, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to operate and learn mill equipment safely.

Responsibilities

• Operate and oversee mill operator areas (receiving, batching, production, loadout).
• Prepare and maintain shift and production reports and records.
• Regulate material flow to meet product specifications.
• Maintain safety and housekeeping in the assigned area.
• Learn and perform duties across different feed mill processes.
