Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to read and understand safety rules and procedures.

• Basic computer skills desired.
• Able to work up to 50 hours per week, including nights, holidays and weekends.
• Must be able to collaborate in a fast-paced mill environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment such as grinders and forklifts per SOP.
• Prepare and maintain shift activity and production reports.
• Regulate material flow and monitor inventory of feed ingredients.
• Maintain housekeeping and safety in assigned areas.
• Maintain certifications like weigh master and forklift.
• Follow ISO22000 and environmental procedures.
