Responsibilities

• Follows SOPs in all operator areas and maintains records.
• Operates equipment/tools (grinders, forklift, etc.) in all areas.
• Prepares and maintains shift activity and production reports.
• Regulates flow of materials to meet product targets.
• Performs daily feed, bulk and micro ingredient inventories.
• Performs housekeeping and safety tasks as assigned.
