Job summary

Third shift runs 11:00 pm–7:30 am, Sunday night through Thursday night, with a 40-hour workweek. Responsibilities include light carpentry/plumbing, equipment upkeep, temperature monitoring, inventory management, and snow removal as needed.

Qualifications

• Knowledge/basic skills in maintenance and groundskeeping.
• Basic computer skills are required.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills are necessary.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and solve problems.

Responsibilities

• Performs routine repairs including minor carpentry and plumbing, and changes light bulbs.
• Maintains equipment and carries out minor repairs as needed.
• Performs preventive maintenance inspections and logs results.
• Monitors building temperature and reports unusual conditions.
• Maintains inventory of parts and tools for repairs and grounds upkeep.
• Moves furniture and assists with routine site maintenance and grounds work.
• Removes debris, keeps areas clean, and maintains parking structures/grounds.
