Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs of electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities
• Clean and maintain common areas, including hallways, elevators, and lobbies
• Participate in a team-based approach to ensure the overall cleanliness and organization of our campus
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and identify areas for improvement
• Respond to and resolve facility-related issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain accurate records and reports of work performed and materials used
