Fanatics Commerce is seeking a Facilities Lead to ensure the operation of our Fulfillment and Manufacturing Centers, overseeing maintenance of equipment, conveyors, and grounds, and partnering with the Operations team. The role emphasizes advanced troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and the use of data, automation, and CMMS tools to maximize uptime and safety.

Qualifications

• Advanced mechanical troubleshooting across conveyor, manufacturing, and building systems.
• Advanced electrical troubleshooting and NEC compliance knowledge.
• Deep experience with motor controls: PLCs, VFDs, Soft Starts, Servo Drives, External I/O.
• Fabrication skills to support repairs and modifications to facility and material handling assets.
• Proficiency in MS Office; able to learn CMMS and graphical interfaces.

• Diagnose and resolve complex equipment failures with cross-functional teams.
• Attend daily production meetings and support leadership with maintenance planning.
• Complete work orders and preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Maintain safety and compliance across facilities, conveyors, and grounds.
