Job summary

Fanatics Commerce is seeking a Facilities Lead to ensure the smooth operation of its Fulfillment and Manufacturing Centers. You will perform advanced troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance on facility, automation, and material handling systems to maximize site performance.

You will partner with the Operations Team, lead maintenance activities, and leverage data and CMMS tools to drive continuous improvement while maintaining safety and NEC compliance.

Qualifications

• Advanced mechanical troubleshooting skills across conveyor, manufacturing, and building systems.
• Advanced electrical troubleshooting expertise and NEC compliance standards.
• Advanced motor controls troubleshooting with PLCs, VFDs, Soft Starts, Servo Drives, and External I/O Devices.
• Advanced fabrication skillset to support repairs and modifications to facility and material handling assets.
• Proficiency in MS Office and ability to learn CMMS systems and graphical interfaces.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve complex equipment failures in coordination with the Operations Team.
• Attend daily production meetings as needed and support cross‑department problem solving.
• Communicate equipment issues, repair status and maintenance priorities to stakeholders for coordinated outcomes.
• Ensure continuous reliable operation of fulfillment and manufacturing assets to support on‑time order processing.
• Perform preventive maintenance on conveyors, manufacturing equipment, grounds, and PITs with safety and accuracy.
